NON-STOP RESEARCH

Well, it's almost official. My boyfriend has almost all of the diabetes symptoms. For the last three hours we've been doing nothing but nonstop research about it. Tomorrow we're going to schedule an appointment with his doctor. He's obviously very concerned right now. I told him to try and put it all in perspective. I think the more reading we do, the more familiar and comfortable he will become with it. It's just a matter of getting him on the right track now. I've been worried about something like this happening to him for a long while now. I started noticing some pretty big changes in his habits over the last several years which really affected his health. I told him that he and I will get through this together.
His doctor is really good and I think she'll be able to shed some more light and hope on the situation. My boyfriend opened up to me a little more after we figured it out. He said he had suspicions that something wasn't quite right but he didn't want to scare me. I told him that he should always be straightforward about it so that we can face whatever it is as a team.
